Hoot Suite is a terrific resource for tracking and maintaining multiple social media accounts. Primarily a vehicle for maintaining Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts, both personal profiles and business profiles and fan pages, there is an additional app directory, tying together 3rd party social media sites such as YouTube and Tumblr. Also native to Hoot Suite are social media sites Google+, Four Square, MySpace, WordPress.com and Mixi.
