Most importantly
I need to mention that before any procedure is performed anesthesia
is administered to patients to avoid all pain!
First time patients
need to fill out the necessary paper work when they arrive at
the office. After this a series of radiographs will be taken
(depending on the case and the extent of the treatment) after
which the complete treatment plan will be discussed so that
the patient fully understands the procedures. Each problem will
be addressed according to priority.
After the diagnosis
has been made the treatment modality (different ways of solving
the problem) will be discussed and the patient will make the
decision of how the condition will be rehabilitated. Payment
is required after each service has been provided and completed
unless an insurance claim is submitted in which case only the
preset copayment is required depending on the different carrier.
PAYMENT OPTIONS AND POLICIES
Payment is required before the completion of
treatment. We accept many different insurance plans ( see list),
and we will assist everybody who has insurance with the submission
process. Our office submits the claims electronically. We also
accept cash, checks, Visa, MC, Amex. We are also in contract
negotiations with Care Credit which is a dental credit card.
We will update this info as soon as we have news.
